How to find a Pythagorean Triplet with the formula 2m, (m²-1), (m²+1)?​

2m is the smallest no

m^2-1 is the middle no and m^2+1is the largest no

so if 12 is the smallest no then

2m =12

m=12/2

m=6

the middle no = m^2-1

=12^2-1=144-1=143

and largest no = m^2+1

=12^2+1=144+1=145
