We are doing research on a music band and wanted to set up Python or other tools to make research on how people discuss the band on soci.al med.ia, Twit.ter and other platforms.

Python has a lot more features. I think no one knows 100% of python. From your brief, it seems like you need someone who knows Python AI and ML.
