Question:-

  • How to find area of a circle?

αnswer:-

  • We can simply by using the formula we can find the area of a circle.

Formula:-

\sf{\longmapsto\:Area\:of\:a\:circle\:=\:\pi\:r^{2}}

Where

  • R = Radius
  • π = pi = 22/7

For Example:-

Let us assume

  • Radius = 7cm

\sf{\longmapsto\:Area\:of\:a\:circle\:=\:\pi\:r^{2}}

\sf{\longmapsto\:Area\:of\:a\:circle\:=\:\dfrac{22}{7}\:\times\:(7)^{2}}

\sf{\longmapsto\:Area\:of\:a\:circle\:=\:\dfrac{22}{7}\:\times\:49}

\sf{\longmapsto\:Area\:of\:a\:circle\:=\:22\:\times\:7}

\sf{\longmapsto\:Area\:of\:a\:circle\:=\:154cm^{2}}

\sf{Therefore\:the\:area\:of\:a\:circle\:is\:154cm^{2}}

Diagram of the circle:-
