If sum of parallel side is given and area of trapezium is also given then you apply this formula......

Area of trapezium = 1/2 × (a+b) × h

where

h = height

(a+b) = sum of parallel side..

Height = Area of trapezium × 2/ (a+b)

hope it helps you...
