Their is no common method of finding Atomic Masses of all elements but still in case of some light metals atomic masses can be calculated by Adding Number of Protons and Number of neutrons Number of Nucleons in an atom !!

Example: He has atomic number 2 (Z)

Now, Atomic Mass of He = No. of Protons + No. of Neutrons.

I.e Atomic Mass of He= 4
