if breadth is given then area also will  be given
area=length x breadth

hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

let me give u an example.

let the perimeter of a rectangle be 40m and length be 8m

★now follow the following steps:-

1. perimeter of the rectangle=40m

2. 2(l+b)=40m

3. 2(8+b)=40m

4. 16+2b=40m

5. 2b=40-16

6. 2b=24

7. 2b=24/2

8. 2b=12

9. b=12/2

10. b=6m

hence, breadth is 6m.

use this steps to find length or breadth.

if breadth is given then put no. in the breadth's place and then find length.

★now use the following steps to find breadth if area is given:-

let the area be 120m²

and length be 15m

1. area of the rectangle=120m²

2. l×b=120m²

3. 15×b=120m²

4. b=120/15

5. b=8m

thus, breadth is 8m.

hope this helps...
