There is no electronegativity of compound. There is electronegativity of a element and orbital electronegativity, only. Compounds are usually neutral.
Well generally electronegativity is more of something that you think of in relation to an atom. You can look up charts and periodic tables that have atomic electronegativity listed.
For compounds, if the atoms that are bonded together have different electronegativites, then you can determine how polar a particular bond is by finding the difference in the bonded atoms’ electronegativities.
