Crystalline oxalic acid is H2C2O4.2H2O .It is dibasic acid .Eq.wt.=M.wt/2=126/2=63.Anhydrous oxalic acid is http://H2C2O4.It is also dibasic .Eq.wt.=M.wt./2=90/2=45.
