Hey Mate Heres the ans ;

The line of longitude is read as 2 degrees (2°), 10 minutes (10′), 26.5 seconds (12.2”) east. The line of latitude is read as 41 degrees (41), 24.2028 minutes (24.2028) north. The coordinate for the line of latitude represents north of the Equator because it is positive.

Latitudes run west to east and longitude north to south ang on the beginning of these lines there is an number with degree for example 30° latitude

so if you want to find the latitude and longitude of a place so just see west part of the map in case of latitude and south part in case of longitude.For example to find location of a place we have to find it's latitude and longitude so let's think the link location of a place is 30° latitude and 45° longitude so we can easily identify the place on map by seeing in west 30° and in south 45° . so it's a great advantage to find location of any place.

Hope it helps you if you carefully read it.
