How to find least count of a thermometer

This is because there are '5 subdivisions' of 1 division. Likewise, if a thermometer has 20 divisions and calibrations are 10,20,30 and so on, the least count of thermometer would be 0.5. The least count can be 'calculated' by dividing the smallest calibration on the thermometer by the 'total number of divisions'.
