M=[N/2-CF÷F]×H

L=lower boundary of median class
n=number of observations
cf=cumulative frequency of class preceding the median class
f=frequency of median class
h=size of the classes

By taking the GCF and LB points we can find the median of grouped data.If you take the points of  GCF and LB(LOWER BOUNDARY) and plot it on the graph paper and the sum of the observations which is divided by 2,plot the achieved value of frequency which is divided by 2 and draw a line on graph where ogive and the frequency intersect each other.This give the median of the grouped data using GCF.
