By the given formula u can calculate
It is for molarity u can calculate for molality by the relation
1000(M)/1000d - (M)*x =m
Where x is molar mass, M is molarity and m is molality..

One formula we need to be aware of is the formula for density, which is
d = m / v,
where d is density, m is mass and v is volume.By substituting the respective values we can find molality.
=( %w/w *d *10)/M
