Explanation:

First you should know the molecular weight for each compound then use this weight as one mole weight for example if you want to make a mix of X and Y in a ratio of 1:1 you should mix the weight of one mole (molecular weight) of X with the weight of one mole of Y and multiply them both with any number you want to make any final weight or volume needed. and if you want to prepare a ratio of 1:2 you should mix the weight of one molecule of X with the weight of two molecules of Y( molecular weight multiplied by 2)....etc.
