Molecular mass is the total mass of all atoms that makes a molecule.

Let's take an example
C2H5OH

here, carbon mass = 12
hydrogen mass = 1
oxygen mass = 16

Now molecular mass
= 2 x 12 + 1 x 5 + 16 + 1
= 24 + 5 + 17
= 46

So molecular mass of C2H5OH is 46

Ankit1234: but how to find molecular mass of formulae like (NH4)2SO4?
Ankit1234: u didn't mention atomic masses and process there -_-
Ankit1234: ok bacchi
