now , we know that multiplication of 2 same numbers = a perfect square

there also two times two same numbers

 so,√ 7*7*7*7 ==> 7*7==> 49

let , another example non complete sqaure ==> 50

factor 0f 50 ==> 2*5*5

so, 2 is incomplete there is need of 2 . so, it is incomplete square
