When one of the diagonals of a rhombus is given and the measure of each side of the rhombus is given then you can draw a rhombus along with its two diagonals intersecting each other. We know the diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other at right angles. So take any one of the four right angled triangles formed inside the rhombus because of the intersecting diagonals then by using Pythagoras theorem find the measure of the unknown side of the triangle which is actually the measure of half of the other diagonal. And there you have it. You will find the measure of the other diagonal.
