Hello Mate!
So, let's first find out CuSO4•5H2O molecular mass. Don't get panic on seeing a large compound. It is quite easy to take out value of such compounds.
Atomic mass of;
Cu = 64u, S = 32u, O = 16u and H = 1u.
So, [ 64 + 32 + 16 × 4 + 5( 1 × 2 + 16 ) ]u
= [ 64 + 32 + 64 + 5( 18 ) ]u
= [ 160 + 90 ]u = 250u
Now, how we find percentage of any thing?
Percentage = Presence of substance/Presence as like mixture × 100
= ( Cu )/( CuSO4•5H2O ) × 100
= 64u / 250u × 100
= 25.6%
Hence, atomic percentage of Cu atom in CuSO4•5H2O
Have great future ahead!

For finding atomic mass of a substance we should add the atomic mass of individual elements present in that substance.
In CuSO4 , 1 carbon, 1 sulphur and four oxygen molecule are present.Thus atomic mass of CuSO4 is
so.... = 63.5+32+4×16 = 159.5
