what you actually want is the distance between any two points in a circular path and displacement means the direction along with the distance moved, in a sense displacement is always directed tangentially along the circular path at any point, so essentially it is different for every point in a circular path and can be found by finding the tangent at that point, if you want distance ,try using the relation if speed with which the body is moving
