How to find rational numbers between sqrt 2 and sqrt 3?

I'd be glad to tell you a formula for this, but unfortunately there are no formulas.......

So, you'd have to figure out the value of 
√2 = 1.4142135623746... and √3 = 1.73 (approx.) and insert a rational in b/w such as 1.5 or 1.6 or 1.55 or 1.64 or 1.7219 .....
