Hiii friend,

Let ∆ABC is a right angled triangle. Right angled at B and Angle A = 45°.

Angle A = 45°

And,

Angle B = 90°

Therefore,

AngleC = 180° - (A+B)

Angle C = 180°(45°+90°) = 45°.

Angle A = Angle C ( Each equal 45°)

Therefore,

BC = AB ( Sides opposite to equal angles are equal).

Let BC = AB = a

Therefore,

By pythagoras theroem,

(AC)² = (AB)² + (BC)²

AC² = a² + a² = 2a²

AC = ✓2a² = ✓2 a

Therefore,

Sin45° = Perpendicular/Hypotenuse = BC/AC = a/✓2 a = 1/✓2

Hence

Sin45° = 1/✓2

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.... :-)
