You can use prime factorisation method or long division method

This is prime factorisation method which is easier

Refer to the picture1. you have to group the same numbers in pairs.

Like in this case (5 x 5) (3 x 3)

now take 1 number from each pair outside and multiply

Like in this case 5 x 3 = 15

so 15 is the square root

Refer to picture 2, (2 x 2) (2 x 2) (3 x 3) (5 x 5)

take one number from each pair out

2 x 2 x 3 x 5 =60

so the square root is 60
