how to find square root of a number by estimation??? Please Explain!​

if there is no space in between A & 2 that means we have to multiply them so it's

2×2 and the answer is 4

There are three ways to find a square root

Subtraction method

long division method

prime factorisation

  • in Subtraction method take the digit mentioned and start subtracting it from odd numbers till you get a zero then count the number of steps you used The number of steps is your answer
  • In prime factorisation method just find the factors of that digit then make their pairs consider a pair of 2×2 as just as one time two then multiply the pairs you will get your answer
