step1- ignore last two digits i.e 25
step2- 1st two digits are 20 so square no less than 20 is16 square root of 4
step3- last two digits 25 square root is 5
so the answer is 45.....

That method .... is only for numbers whose roots are multiples of 5....that tooo below 100

very easy
first find the square root of 1st 2 digits then find the square root of last 2 digits
i.e 20- square no less then 20 => 4
25- perfect square of 5
then the answer is 45
