How to find sum of first 100 natural numbers?

1 ,2 ,3 _ _ _ 100
a = 1
d = 1
an = 100
n = 100
So
Sn = n / 2 ( a + l )
= 100/2 ( 1 + 100)
50 × 101
= 5050
so sum of first 100 natural no.. is 5050
