If metal and non metal react with each other, it is Ionic compound. If metal and metal or non-metal and non-metal react, it is Covalent compound. So if 'n' in metal, it is Ionic compound. Whereas is non-metal react with oxygen, it is Covalent compound.

COVALENT- n2o3, n2o4, n2o5. where n=Nitrogen

As all are formed by thr reaction of non-metal and non-metal.
