Hey
If you want to find an angle which is equal to its complement then firstly make a triangle.
Let the 2 angles be x and wjich are equal to one another.
Therefore,
Angle(A +B+C)= 180°
We know that Angle A = C = x
Therefore
x + x + B = 180°
2x + B = 180°
2x = 180- B
x = 18 -B/2.

Hope it helps :))
