given, diameter(D) = 10m

so radius ( r ) = D / 2 = 10 / 2 = 5m

area of circle = π r ^2

= 22 / 7 × (5 )^2

= 22 / 7 × 5 × 5

= 3.14 × 25

=78.5 m^2

hence, area of circle = 78.5 m^2
