How to find the coordinate of A when I have coordinate of B ( 7,8) and midpoint of AB (6,5)

Answer:

x=(x1+x2)/2

6=(x1+7)/2

cross multiply

12=x1+7

12-7=x1

5=x1

y=(y1+y2)/2

5=(y1+8)/2

cross multiply

10=y1+8

10-8=y1

2=y1

coordinate of A (5,2)
