The RIGHT HAND RULE can be used to find the direction of magnetic moment!!

  • Curl your fingers in the direction the current in the loop,keeping your thumb straight.
  • Your thumb points in the direction of magnetic moment.
  • The magnetic dipole moment is Perpendicular to the loop in the direction of right hand rule.
