the answer to question is very easy you can find it using the eucler's formula =(f+v)-e

* let the vertices be x

by condition- (12+x)-30=2

12+x=30+2

12+x=32

therefore, x=32-12

x= 20

therefore the number of vertices equals to 32 thank you hope to get your answer if you feel my answer is convenient for your question please like my question and market has been raised have a nice day !
