Answer:

In order to find the perimeter and area of a rectangle we need to know the formula of the perimeter of a rectangle as well as the area of a rectangle so the formula for the perimeter of a rectangle is = 2(Length + breadth)=2(4+0.5)=2*4.5=9cm

The formula for the area of a rectangle = Length * breadth = 4*0.5= 4*1/2=2 sq. cm

Answer:

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(L+B)

= 2× (4+0.5)

= 2×4.5

= 9cm

Area of rectangle = L×B

= 4×0.5

= 2cm^2
