how to find the root of decimal numbers by long division method. pls. show with an example.

just check whether that decimal number is a square root for example when you take 64 its sq root is 8.similarly if it is 0.64 then it is 0.8.or else consider the nos 4225 it ends with 25 and 6*7 is obviously 42.so the root of 4225 is 65.so the root of 0.4225 is 0.65
