how to find the variation of time in two clocks measured against the the standard clock​

Answer:

we measure the time at 12 o clock each noon. So the variations in time of each clock from the standard time of 12:00:00 is calculated. Even though the average time of clock one is more closer to the actual time of 12:00:00, but the variation in time interval is more in clock 1 as compared to clock 2.
