p(x)=0

(x+1)(x+2)=0

that means x+1=0

x=-1

similarly x+2=0

x=-2

I hope it helps you.....

Answer:

p(x)=(x+1)(x+2)

when x=-1

(-1+1)(-1+2)

=0

when x=2

(2+1)(2+2)

=12
