How to find velocity or speed from non-uniform distance-time graph?

Speed (which, assuming you’re only going in one direction, is the same as velocity) is  

Meaning that to find speed, all you have to do is find the slope of the line that is tangent to the point of interest. In short you’re essentially trying to find  with  being the variable representing distance.
