Find the density of the solution by the formula:

s p . g ra v i t y = ρ  solution/ ρ  water at  4 o C

Rearrange the formula;

ρ  solution =

( s p . g r a v i t y ) ( ρ  water at  4 o C )  where: ρ  water at  4 o C= 1 g/ml

Plug in values to find density of solution to the formula in step 2;

To find the volume:

V = m /ρ
