How to find what power of 10 a number has? eg. how to find what power of 10 ,let's say, 160 has. like 1000,10000,100000 etc

We can put power of the exponent (power of 10) to a number by how many numbers after the point.

For example

1623445= 1.623445 × 10( as 6 numbers after the point)

we can put the point where ever we want as the power of the exponent will also change.

Suppose if we want to change the position of the point in the above example as 16.23445 then it is equal to 16.23445 × 10(5 numbers after the point)
