we can find by watching the highest power in the equation whether equation is quarditic or linear or cubic . If highest power is 1 than it is linear . If highest power is 2 than it is quarditic or if power is 3 then it is cubic.

Take some examples=

x²=quarditic

a¹=linear

s³=cubic

a² +b³=cubic (because we have to se highest degree in whole equation)
