If u r playing then concentrate to playing and forget everything.
but when u r studying only concentrate on study and dont think that what happened in game....start listening music in little sound.....

OK listen you should first make a non distractions place then take some breakfast and water and start studying. for focus you should think about after study I will get a reward .
