how to focus on study and how to reduce sleep

Reducing sleep isn't an option to get good grades and study. 7 hours of sleep is must.
Focusing on study requires concentration and no distraction. Keep away all the gadgets away from you and keep them on silent mode. Don't go to check them very often. Change the places where you study. This helps in concentration. If we sit on the same place to study. often we get sleepy. Don't study on bed! Always use your study table. I think these simple tips might be useful.

Hey..wait..Are these two questions different? Or are you linking both of them? Let me tell you sleep has nothing to do with studies. Why? you study 1 hr but do quality study. don't distract yourself and just study at the time of studying. Then you have ample of time to play or sleep.  A boy studies for 8 hrs a day but doesn't get satisfied result because he kept distracting himself. He wasn't able to concentrate the other one just studied 2 hrs and got enough marks to keep him as well as other around him content and satisfied because when he studied he just studied and nothing else. So, do you see the difference? Why compromise on your sleep? Just do quality study. that's the conclusion.
