in order to follow someone, open the me tab and select messages. then select the search option and enter the username of the person u would like to follow. it wipl show u the results. now click the icon showing a person with a + mark in order to follow him. to see his followers select the show full profile options and then selct the no. of followers he has and it will show u his list of followers...

=) I think u used Brainly by chrome.. There is no any option to follow anyone or see followers - following.
There is a only option of add friends that directly link with follow option.
=) U may follow anyone by invite him or her as friend.
=) In case of app, u ofc see following or followers option.
