to follow a time table schedule u should not make a strict timetable but an easygoing cool one
then u should give a bit of 5-10 min break often
then make a timetable that will not make u feel dizzy or lazy by looking at..........

when you started to follow a time table you cannot continue daily but don't give up.just be relax and follow your time table

get early in morning then brush in 5 minutes take bath in 15 minute do breakfaste in 10 minutes then go to school after school take rest for 30 minute
then do that thing that u want to do in your spare time for 30 minute then do homework and eat evening food then enjoy ur life
