conver it in fractional form.
that is , 45 / 10000.
the factorise 45 by taking lcm
that is , 3 × 3× 5.
the factorise 10000 in the same way by the method of lcm.
in case of 45.....the factors are 3,3 and 5.
....find out the logarithmic value of 3 and 5 and multiply.
do the same thing in case of 10000.
