how to form sentennces in conditional present in french

It is the same stem of FUTUR..the endings r, Je - ais
                                                                  Tu - ais
                                                                  Il/Elle - ait
                                                                  Nous - irons
                                                                  Vous - iez
                                                                  Ils/Elles - aient.
But there are irregular stem too..jus like futur!!
