prevention and eradication of corruption is an absolute requirement for better public life. This corruption takes an interesting turn in such a way that everyone becomes corrupt in some other sort if situation permits.



In the below mentioned answer, I had traced the timeline of the Rafale deal since 2004 and highlighted that since 2013, Dassault was unwilling to own responsibility for aircrafts manufactured by HAL [1] This had become a deal breaker at that time.

FIRST OF all everyone should change their mindset.. It is not something that can be brought about by a single individual. Rather it is something that needs the collective coordination and force of entire population. Govt needs to strengthen the laws too. Hope this helps.
