Just follow the simple steps given below to add credits:
1. Go to play.google.com.
2. Click on the Settings icon and go to My Account.
3. Click on Add credit/debit card or Redeem.
4. If you wish to purchase google play credits using your credit/debit card then enter your card details and just save it.
