Being an ICSE board student from past 4 years, I have observed that gaining marks in ICSE is not that tough, you just need to focus on the little things.

Here are a few methods that can help you gain good marks :

1. The ICSE teachers do not just see your answer, they ensure that the method adopted by the child is appropriate or not, no matter if it's taught in the class or not.

2. Try to frame stepwise answers. The work shall be neat and clean and do not forget to make a rough column. It proves to be scoring many a times.

3. While preparing, try solving commercial maths and trigonometry chapters first. Try solving the maximum number of sums.

4. Make some chapters as your strength and try working the best for it, like probability, statistics, unitary method, etc.

5. Try solving sums from algebra and decimals, if you are well with it, that means you are done....
