To get motivated for studies or any other tasks,you shall have concentration..But sometimes its hard to maintain the level of concentration for long time work..
Here are some steps to not get distracted:
1).Switch off your mobile phones,Ipads,pc's or whatever you spend time mostly.
2).Create a clean workspace,so that you dont get demotivated.
3).Put a timer or alarm that will help you concentrate.
4).Make targets and take small breaks in between.
