The main culprit for our sadness
is our negative thought process.
Our mind just gives up whenever
we feel sad.

I guess..you should probably
deviate your mind from the
thing that cause sadness..

Some things you could try are:

1)BOOKS-I know it feels boring
to sit in a corner of your house
and try reading a book.But books
are really our best friends..Try reading
books with good topics.Books
which you like for eg,comedy jokes,
love stories or others.

2)TELEVISION-It's commonly
referred to as idiot box but somehow
i feel that its a better option for
getting out of sadness.

3)FRIENDS-This will totally work.
Buddies are people who will
help you out in every condition.
They'll not only support you but
also make you feel good.
