Depression is common .It affects millions of people.It can drain your energy ,leaving u feel emty and fatigue.So its important to take care of your mental health.

So here are some tips :-

1.Make yourself busy so that u won't think about it again.

2.Reward your efforts.

3.Eating banana and choclates is proven to cure depression.

4.Do something u enjoy and make yourself happy.

5.Listen to music

6.Do exercise and meditation.

7.Spend time in nature.

8. Buy a pet.

9.Try something new to divert mind.
